“The Best Gift!”
Mark 11:22; Hebrews 11:6
“Have faith in God,” are the four words that will change the life of the lowest gutter bum and the man of highest royalty equally the same. These words will change the heart of an individual and give him power to stand as tall as is needed in any circumstance. In the same instant, having faith in God will bring nations to their knees in recognizing the power of God. This is the best gift that can be received, yet it is squandered, misused and brought to none-effect by a legalistic approach. If we truly have faith in God. Christ will prove Himself through us; because, the life we now live in the flesh, we live by the faith of the Son of God.” (Galatians 2:20)
Faith is what makes our very soul move, and we can say with dignity, grace and authority, “in Him do we live and move and have our being.” Faith is the oil that keeps down the wear of the hubs of devotion and commitment. Without faith our axles would heat-up, lock-up and break-up, and we would realize the old country saying, “my axles are dragging, and I can’t carry the load.” By faith, nothing can stop us, we can do all things; By faith we will have inclination and power to serve the Lord and become a person with God that will serve Him the best. It takes just a little faith to get saved, but it takes great faith to do great things. Great faith sees a mountain as only a speed bump and sees the giants arrayed in battle garments as only a slight hinderance on the way to the full battle. If you would be a cheerful soldier, whether battling day or night, then have faith in God. Little faith will bring little co
ntentment, but great faith will bring great light and will disperse the shadows of unbelief.
“Faith”
If you love the shadows of misery and gloom,
Then little faith will be your doom;
But if sunshine you seek,
and rejoicing your song,
Then it’s great faith that’ll keep you
singing along.

Weekly Memory Verses: 1 Thessalonians 5:5-10
1 Thessalonians 5:5-10 ~ 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
