COMPASSION, noun
1. A suffering with another; painful sympathy; a sensation of sorrow excited by the distress or misfortunes of another; pity; commiseration. compassion is a mixed passion, compounded of love and sorrow; at least some portion of love generally attends the pain or regret, or is excited by it. Extreme distress of an enemy even changes enmity into at least temporary affection.
When Pharoh's daughter looked at Moses, she knew he was a Hebrew child and on top of it all he was a boy! Pharoh had commanded that all male babies were to be killed at birth to try and control the Jews population! This has been alluded in our today world by a number of people. People who are so fearful that the earth will be compromised by "population" and have actually put in work ways to "trim" the population! Baby killing has been going on for a long-time folks, and it still is. We must pray that God will intervene as He did with Moses!
Yet, the LORD God put compassion on this Egyptian Woman's heart for Moses. Not just any compassion, but one of love, sorrow, and a deep compassion that caused her to want to help this little baby in a certain journey of death if left unattended. She just wanted to help him, and she did. She had no clue that this little one would become the man God would use to lead His children out of captivity. If she had, maybe there would have been no Moses! BUT GOD!
Do not ever doubt GOD'S Plan. We may not always understand it, but we can TRUST Him to lead us to and through whatever battle we may be facing. I just read a post of a woman who wants to be a mother, yet God has not blessed her yet. She knows to trust in God, His timing, His guidance - yet we are people and sometimes our feelings get ahead of God. Right? She has become anxious lest her prayers are never answered the way she wants them answered! Our Bible is full of stories just like hers. But we know that God has great compassion on His people. So much so, that He sent His Son to die a cruel death on the cross for US!
Psalms 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
God's plans are always the right plans. Be patient, pray, trust, and obey!
HE CARES!

We moved Saturday the 14th, once again, to a precious saint's home for a couple of Months... at least till May when we will "move again." We are glad to be a help to Sister Cora and feel by May she will have her strength and healing by then.

- Pray for Sister Cora and her hip healing from a fall and surgery. Miss Cora HAS PASSED her occupational therapy and is now working on physical therapy. She is excited that God will give her the opportunity to walk outside soon. Praise the Lord! Keep her in your prayers please. We are thankful for this wonderful home for a few months stay till the Lord moves us on.
- Pray for the Printing Ministry and all that goes on with it. BIG issue with our puncher . . . please pray we can resolve that Monday - Pray our paper supply will continue - we are still not able to purchase COVER STOCK, but we praise the Lord for our previous pastor's wisdom in buying several truckloads of this precious product. Only God knew what we would be facing today with shortages, and we have the "widows' mite" we are working from. Pray that Tom and I can work the bugs out of some of our equipment!
